Online name searches to show profiles: Google

In an attempt to display more relevant search results for people's names, Google has begun to show Google profile results at the bottom of US name-query search pages.

The results offer abbreviated information from user-created Google profiles and a link to the full profiles.

Links have also been adedd to search for the name on social networking sites such as MySpace, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
